Okay I currently have three computers as seen in my computer info over there
<<<

And I was wondering which type of router I should get. Currently the only Computer that's wifi compatible is the Ibook. So If I wanted to get the Wireless router I'd have to get a wifi card for both my iMac G4 & iMac G3 (The G3 would probably need an adapter also) Then again if I get the wired router, I wouldn't have the freedom with my laptop that I would eventually like to have, plus I need to run ethernet cables all over the house! I'm kinda on the fence here, and have a very strict budget to work with, but I have seen Wireless routers on Craigslist for as little as $15.

Get yourself a AirPort Express to get your wireless capabilities from your router. That way you can hook the other to up hard wired and the third connection into the Airport Express.
It also can print from it and play AirTunes via iTunes ... Nifty little gadget

Cheers

Have to admit that looks awesome...but the price... Not so awesome. :( Appreciate the suggestion though.

Any Wireless router also has Wired ports. You can have it both ways. Plug in the old iMac G3 and iMac G4 into the ports on the router and connect the iBook G4 Via WiFi.

All the routers I would recommend are a bit high in cost. A Linksys WRT54GL (Be sure it's the GL with Linux firmware) is an excellent router and can sometimes be found at a low price.
