Iphone sync help!

I recently reformatted my mac and when I went to add all my itunes music, movies and apps back into itunes, it recognizes it as a new itunes library. Which is fine until I try to sync my Iphone with it and it recognizes it as synced with another library. I was wondering is there a way i can sync it to this library without having to configure everything again on my iphone or will I have to restore it and re-add all my music movies and apps?
