setting up a VPN through my router?

Hi does anyone have a tutorial showing how to run a VPN through my router

I have a belkin F5D7230-4, but cant seem to find anything on google showing you how to setup a VPN through my router on my macbook pro (found some on windows)

any help would be appreciated

You need to access the configuration page on your router first (usually 192.168.2.1 in your navigator) to get to the pages where you set it up.

In addition, it might be worth looking here which are the Belkin pages dedicated to explaining VPN setup...
