pc/mac network

I want to network these 3 together so they can share files, etc. What will I need to do so I can do this. Here is my equipment:

Verizon DSL service

Instant Broadband™EtherFast®Cable/DSL Firewall Router with 4-Port Switch/VPN End

Dell PowerEdge 1400 Win. 2000 AS

Power Mac G5 10.3.9

Custom Built PC Win XP Pro SP2

I will have the same basic situation, and if the small amount of reading I have done on the subject is correct it should not be an issue.

When I receive mine I am hoping it is a "plug and play" so to speak with either the wireless portion of my home network or by ethernet connection.
