iTunes only shows old backups after updates

So I updated my iTunes and my iPhone 3G the other day and just received my iPhone 4 a couple of hours ago. I went to restore my contacts, text messages and photos to my new phone but my iTunes only shows updates from 2009 and back and not the several attempts at backups I've made between today and yesterday. Anyone else having this problem or have any input on solving it?

That may be your backed up data for the last time you performed a backup. Did you have any more recent backup for your old iPhone?
