Upgraded my phone to an iphone 3gs last monday but will I be able to trade it in for an iphone 4.

Im UK and on o2.

Not sure about UK, but depending on where you bought it the store should have a return policy. if its apple they'll do it for you if you bought it within 30 days. I did that last year at best buy and they just swapped it for me.

I'm not sure if it's 30 days. The return policy may only be 14 days. If it is 14 days, you'd have to return the phone and then wait a couple days for the new model to be released.

Call Apple and ask them. They'll let you know what your options are.
