Apple TV - extended desktop?

Howdy all

Anyone know of any good hacks (or legit ways) to use apple tv as an extended desktop?

ie. show what I see on my macbook pro screen on the tv too?

using macbook pro 13" OSX 10.5 and Apple TV 3.0.3
