Looking to pick up a new external display in the next couple of weeks to run with my macbook pro. I work in final cut and after effects 99% of the time and my current external ( Hannspree 23") is just too dark and the colors aren't so great even when calibrated.
Looking for something 24" or more and that has a brightness similar to my i7 mbp. I haven't ruled the apple display out, but that's a big chunk of change.
What are you guys using? Is Apple's led the best option even for the money?
