The From Name when I click on an email my iphone sometimes strips out the 2nd word/character. eg 'The Retail Bulletin' appears as 'The Bulletin'. Is there any reason why the iphone does this? Is there any fix to stop it happening?
I have checked this accross several marketing comms and get the same issue. Also checked in outlook and hotmail and same issue.
