A few days ago, I posted to say that I had started a new business with a friend of mine who does video editing. I do print and web design. We are going to go after small business that nobody really cares to do, and can be done cheaply and easily. We just settled on the name S&D Media Productions, S&D for each of our last initials. I am currently working on logo designs, and I have one that I kinda like, but I'm not sure yet. If everybody could take a look and give me their suggestions, that would be great.

I don't like the colors much yet, those may be changed completely. and the "Productions" doesn't quite float my boat as well as color, and font. If anybody has any suggestions at all, big or small, that would be great!

maybe adding a drop shadow to the letters? I'm also not so sure about the D and M touching. Maybe the MEDIA should stay blue and the S & D and PRODUCTIONS could be grayscale. Just thinking

Whatever you pick, you won't be critized for it. It won't matter in the long run, a logo is terribly important.

Here is one with what u suggested. I assumed u ment the drop on the S/D, unless you just couldn't see it enough on the other letters and wanted it bigger on there. I like the grey on the side with the blue, but I still think productions needs something more. What do u think?

Oops. I meant to say that a logo isn't terribly important. Sorry for the confusion.
