Welcome. I got on here a few days ago as well and have learned SO MUCH!! I got just about all the answers to my pet peeves and am always happy to give advice and help as well.
Don't forget to use the reputation system. You basically click on the button under the user's ID info to rate their response to your questions to boost their reputation.
