I've been using the yahoo search more....But only because I have yahoo search on my homepage, and I'm too lazy to type in "google."

How difficult do you think it is for a govt agency to track you? This adds a level of innuendo and possibility but if you think anything you do from your home connection is not being tracked you might want to reconsider your opinion. If you don't want to be tracked take steps to prevent it. Simple as that.

Google keeps logs, so what? So does your service provider and the websites you hit. I am not overly fond of being tracked but I accept that by default nothing I do on the internet is private. This has been the case for at least a decade. It takes a great deal of effort but using trend analysis and pattern matching a great deal can be found out about a particular users habits.

Yeah, I have my FireFox browser set to use it. The rest I leave sans proxy. Tor works though it has some failed connects and is slower. Life is a long series of compromises.

when i was younger i used to be a lot more paranoid
but now i realize i am not as important as i once thought... *sigh*
honestly, i am more concerned about exes trying to contact me than the government...
but then again ... government is no doubt one of the 'key' words...
