Hello friends,

yesterday i bought a original copy of windows 7 home basic version. I created a new partition using bootcamp and when I am inserting the new DVD of windows 7..its giving error
"Installer disk could not be found"

And after few seconds the DVD ejects automatically...

I know you will say that my dvd is not working properly...But all other dvd i tested after that and its working fine.

Even the new windows 7 dvd is working fine on my dads laptop...

Plz try to help me out..

Windows 7 Home Basic version is not supported by Boot Camp. You will need to buy either Home Premium, Pro, or Ultimate. Both the 32 and 64 bit versions can be used. See following LINK.
