I want to move/copy 600 mp3s files from my 1G iPod to my 1.25ghz 20" G4 iMac. Previously I've been using this iPod with my other iMac - a G3. I downloaded a free version of 'iPodRip'; it installed fine; I connected my ipod to the G4 and got the following message: ''This ipod is linked to another iTunes music library. Do you want to change the link to this iTunes music library and replace all existing songs on this ipod with those from this Library?'' As I don't have any music on the G4 (the whole point of this exercise!) and if I agree to the above statement, won't all my current ipod music be erased and replaced 'with nothing' from my 'mp3less' G4 iTunes software? Is 'iPodRip' still only recognising my older G3 from previous use? How do I get round this? Thanks.
