Reverse the Capital Lock on VMWare Fusion

I've just installed VMWare Fusion 2.06 and created a virtual machine with Windows XP Home. Unfortunately, somewhere along the way I must have had my Caps Lock on and now, on Windows, I need to have it on to get lower case font and off for capitals which is a real pain. Is there any way though Fusion or Windows that I can reverse the usage of this key for Windows alone?

In Fusion menu at top, under Virtual Machine select Send Key which opens a second menu and select Caps Lock. This will reverse the mapping back to what you expect and your caps lock key will function normally i.e. the LED will be lit when in CAPS and not when in lower case mode. Don't know why Fusion gets out of step with the actual button setting.
