Want to create framable art with a poem

I am trying to create a gift for my sisters for Christmas. My dad (91) read a poem to us at the last family reunion in which my mom was alive (she died 12 days before their 70th aniversery). The poem, The Children's Hour by Longfellow, is about 24ish lines long. I wanted to create framable art with the poem and photo of my dad. I need help with ideas and how to do it. I am not creative so please help!!!
Or point me to some tutorials. I have iworks, lightroom 2.5, and photoshop cs4.

I would go with probably scrap booking to make it more personalized, and hands on craft/artsy.

That doesn't mean you can't use the computer, just don't jump on the computer and expect it to do everything, because you won't have a lot of choices or customization.
