Does anybody know how to make network shares stay visible on your desktop and in finder, I have my mac networked to two pc's in the house but every time i restart my mac I have to go through the process of selecting which share I want all over again. Any ideas?

Along these lines, is there a way to disable the opening of a new finder window showing the share? I would like to have the servers available, but not open a window on connect.

Thanks,
Darrin
