Strange Site Connection Problem

I'm at this hotel and the entire internet is available except for one site--craigslist.org. The management has not blocked it or anything and they are frustrated also. It's the same for any OS trying to get through to it. Error 411.

What could cause this and what's the fix?

The owner is dying to get on too.

I can get to CL at the local library and on people's iPhones so it's not down.

Weird. Try accessing CL through a proxy. For example try it through The Cloak: the-cloak home

It looks like craigslist doesn't allow the cloak to operate. However, suddenly, CL is working! Yippee. I don't know if running the cloak cleared it or what?
