Increase font size for web browsing

I am trying to increase the font size on web pages and also my list of bookmarks.

I guess I am getting a bit "long in the tooth" and the eyes are starting to strain.

I am able to change the font when I bring up Finder, but can't figure out how to do the web and bookmarks.

Any ideas?

What browser are you using? In Safari, all you have to do is go up to View in the Menu bar. Then select "Zoom In" or use the keyboard shortcut "Command +" or "Command -" to zoom out.

Same commands in Firefox. "Command Zero" to revert back to normal.

Is there any way to set the larger font as the default font?

Also, that doesn't work to increase the size on the Bookmark Menu.

I think the only way to do that is play around with your screen resolution.

I found "display" options under System Preferences. Thanks again.

You can also have them permanently increased if you go to safari>preferences>appearances where you can change the standard font or the fixed width font ??
