I just got an HP Photosmart C4480 series printer, and I can't get it to scan to my Mac. Do I need to download something or go into system preferences to do something?
I had a C4280 and that scanned fine.

Your Mac's Specs
MacMini 14.3, 8.1 & 4.1, OS 13.5, 10.14, & 10.11 & 10.6; Macbook Pro 8.2, OS 10.12.
Tell us how you went about setting up the C4480, and what OS you're using. For starters, maybe you need to remove the previous HP drivers and other related software.
