Cloning specific programs

I am planning on running xp on parallels. I have a few programs that I wish to move from my PC to the mac namely Dragon (can be loaded on as many computers as you wish as long as it has the same end user...me), Windows office (still have 2 licenses left) and a few smaller programs that don't have specific license issues. Do I have to hunt down the discs for each program or is there a clone program that i can pick and chose what to clone? I am currently running vista on my PC, but I plan on buying xp for parallels, so i don't want to do a full clone or ghost.
