- 13" MacBook Pro. 2.26Ghz, 4GB, 500GB HD
So I got my new MBP yesterday. After playing on them in the store I decided the base 13" model was sufficient for me.
Before this I had an old core duo macbook that I didnt care if i fkd it up..
My question is, is it bad to leave it on overnight?
I generally get on it after work around 3pm, and am on it the majority of most days. I use my laptop as a TV in my bedroom... Is it bad to regularly leave a movie playing as I fall asleep, in turn leaving the MBP on all night until I wake up the next morning?? then its asleep from around 7am-3pm most days.
Is this much steady use bad for it? What problems could it cause??
Also, is it bettery on the battery to:
charge it to full, then run the battery down before plugging it back in;
or just keep it plugged in at home??
