I have just bought an imac 20" and i have gone through the setup process and connected to my router (SKY Sagem Router) fine. At first the internet was really slow and a restart seemd to solve this.
Now i turn the machine on and i get a strong signal strength and everything works fine, then after a few - ten minutes the signal fades and dies and i can't connect to the router control panel (192.168.0.1) or the internet. when i try and connect via Airport it keeps saying "Connection timed out"
Sometimes a restart solves it for the few minutes, then it dies again!!!
The router is only about 15-20 feet away, with my old PC and Netgear wireless adaptor i always got a Good-Very Good signal and very rarelt lost connection.
any ideas anyone??
