OS 9 password problem

hey guys need some advise

i have a computer running OS 9 there is a main account with full permission which i am locked out of , there is another account that i can log into...is there anything i can do to reset the password, like in 10 you can use the disc..what about 9 ????

Well do you have the original install disk?

If so insert it and reboot holding down the C key. After the mac boots up, you should be able to change the password. Goin to the apple menue and click on the multiple user acounts. Specify your new password.

Any luck as of 4/15 ???
