I think it would be important to show the things that sell most at the front, or where people enter the area, maybe an imac g5, or things that will attract non mac users. then as they go deeper into the area, other things, like ipods, macmini's, etc. put things more likely to be stolen towards the center or back. maybe a section for laptops.

if the area is large enough i would like to see the imacs, ibooks, mac mini's on one side
powermacs, emacs and powerbooks on the other side. Then in the middle there would a few tables with all the ipods on them and behind that there could be mac software and accessiores for everthing behind the ipod table or something like that

and were people pay you should use imac g5's because there so cool

Definitely tons of iPod accessories. Those make serious bread for Apple and will boost sales in your Apple department. Keep the iPod gear well in sight to draw people to the department. After they're in they're all yours to make those sales.

well i cant really go THAT crazy....right now we have a 12" wall that were going to make 4" bigger, right now we have a powermac G5 hooked up to a LCD tv, a 20" Imac, an Emac, ibook, and im going to add a 15" powerbook, then about if we have shelving. where i need to fill it with software and accessories.

For ipods right now we have the latest ipod display staright from apple, then a 4ft wall of ipod accessories, skins, socks, trips, docks, all that jazz.

what im kinda looking for is ideas for other products like griffen products or cool things you'd wanna see.

we do have a mac mini its the front window hooked up to a 47" plasma screen tv

i wish we could use imacs at the cash but our POS system is a windows application and its a new application that just came out so i dont think the boss would like that

the apple canada district manager was in the other day and he loved it...but i wanna make it better...seing as how apple makes up for like 70% of our sales
