Bandwidth monitor software

Hi,

Does anyone know if there are any osx bandwidth monitor tools (free !) that can tell me how much data my iMac has downloaded / uploaded onto the web ?

My ISP has now introduced bandwidth imitiations of 15mb per month (download / upload combined) and I want to monitor my traffic.

menumeters can tell you your total up and down, throughput, anything you want. its a system preference you can download, and it does lots of stuff besides that.

lol. I almost started laughing when I saw that. many of my photoshop and illustrator files are bigger than 15 mb.
