Hi there

In my work place we have 5 macbooks and a 1TB network drive. The macbooks will be used by various children and young poeple to produce multimedia work and ideally I would like for them to not save their work locally, but on the network drive in a designated folder. I would like to lock this down so that various groups of children (project 1, project 2 etc) will only be able to access their own project folders on the network drive. I guess this would be achieved by assigning rights at login. Can anyone give me some advice or tips about how to assign permissions and access rights to individuals and groups in OSX?

Many thanks
