... about the uniMB resale value. I had one near-final deal fall through because there is no firewire (he needed it for recording). Now I have other wicked low-ball offers because it has no firewire (which I think, in most of the cases, didn't matter to the person but they were using the fact to get a lower price). Man, this is one odd-ball computer! Grrrrr it is sooo frustrating!!

Sorry I just needed to vent. I've gotta sell this computer, but it doesn't seem like it's going to happen!! (or not at the price i'd like!!) ::sigh::

Uhm, this thread is pointless. The people can easily get a firewire to USB converter.

If this is true there are a lot of people out there that didn't know this. They may be slower than firewire since they are going through USB still?

There is no such thing as a USB to FireWire converter.
