colour issue

hllo everyone. so i searched the forum before posting a new thread but couldnt find an answer. im getting a new macbook friday but something is bothering me: the colors. so far i've always used PCs and i could make a plan to change the color themes and/or menu bars etc... right now i'm typing from my brother's macbook and it seems one just has to stick to the grey menus etc... is there a way to change the color of the menus etc or can one download themes ? thank you.
