Does anyone know of a program that will open onenote files in mac?

The easiest is request the sender save the file as a .doc or .pdf and resend it to you.

I don't even think MS has a viewer for Windows users except to download the trial version of OneNote.

Thanks Bob, I was hoping for something better :( I've been saving a lot of life and work notes in that program for the past two years so I better get crack'n

Ahh, yeah sorry, it can be a pitr transitioning if you've been using a software app with a proprietary file type.

Depending on time vs money - running Windows for that one app could be worth it.

You could give Crossover for Mac a try if that's the only Win app you need. Although it only has a bronze rating for OneNote, which means it will install and run but has bugs. It could be enough for just viewing your files until you have the time to get them all into a cross platform compatible file type. And has free trial so you can test before you buy.
