so i started running a mo ago (me is 54y 6' 185lb gym goer), the boulder boulder (10K) is Monday and every muscle i own is hurting due to my running. i am registered 4the race, should i do it on Monday.
seems i cant stop the hurt but its medium to lo level. no other bad.
i stopped running lst Tuesdy but the body refuses to un lock. went to the gym friday and felt better for it.
