if you want a good free picture editor then yes.

It gets closer and closer to PS with every release

i think it is a pretty decent program, but i think there are still a few little easy things that it is missing, or that i ihave just overloooked, so i just do those in photoshop cs

I really want Gimp but i have to install X11, is there anyway i can get it without having to download all that...... Stuff
