Hello,
I have an IMac and a Roland xp-30. Debating on whether to use garageband or a different app. I want to use the Roland patches and I understand with garageband you can't use external synth patches. Thinking about logic, reaper, or GB. Like to record good (not necessarily professional) quality music. Also have UNO interface to USB (having problems with Mac recognizing synth but that's another issue, maybe drivers). Anyway would love your take before I invest any time/money. thanks.
ps. great forum!:D

I'd get Logic as you can use any VST/AU plugins with it, plus it comes loaded with some fab sounds :)
