Refurbished Airport or New Airport

I am curious what you guys think. I could get a previous generation refurbished Airport Extreme Base for 135 or a new Airport Extreme Base.

This is for the home so I am not sure I need the multiple networks feature and I don't know if the dual band will matter. Thoughts?

Only the newest generation (802.11n) can network external hard drives. If you want to do that, get the newest one.
