I am brand new to the forum and have a few quick questions. I ordered a refurbished 16G 1Phone on the AT&T website on March 10th (around 10 p.m.). When I check the order status it tells me that they are not able to locate my order. Same goes for when I call the automated number. Since it has been more than 24 hours since I placed the order, should I be concerned? Has anyone been through anything similar with AT&T? Thanks for any help.
