I have to apologize, I ma sure this has been covered before, but I switched to Mac about 6 months ago. I have two printers, a Canon S9000 and a HP OfficeJet 7310. I thought I was pretty good with the PC stuff, and I am getting most of the Mac stuff, but my printers do not work well with the mac. My Canon prints with lines thru it when I print a phot. but I can deal with that later, what it driving me nuts is the HP printing in red when it should be black. If I print an email, the test is red. I could put up with this, but when printing a black and white photo in Photoshop elements it also came out red. I tried changing every possible setting I could find, but no difference. If I print something out from the internet, it comes in red.
I have given up - temporarily, and just use my PC - it always prints in the correct color, but I want to get rid of my PC, but now I can't. This has to be something simple, but I cant find it.

Any help appreciated.

The colors and correct amount of color saturation is controlled by the driver. Make sure you have the latest correct OS X driver for your HP Office Jet 7310. Check the HP site for the latest drivers.

Regards.
