I just wanted to thank everyone here for the wealth of CORRECT information you guys have shared. I've been lurking around the forums the last 10 weeks or so, with a few posts there and there.
and 2 weeks ago we stopped turning away the macs from the service lab. every single time I've had an issue I couldn't figure out on my own... you guys have had the answer already spelled out.
