Right click to create a new document in folder.

Coming from the "other" OS I could just right clik in any folder and creat a new document in that folder. I mainly just create .txt files with notes about that product or special info and leave it in that folder.

Right now with 10.5 I add the textedit to the toolbar and it works but when I go to save it I have to navigate to the folder, and I have a lot of folders, I want it saved in.

Did I find one feature windows does that the Mac can't?

No need to create documents. Just drag text (From Safari, TextEdit, Stickies, or any other program) to a folder to create a clipping file.

i personally didnt need this but one of many recent converts was driving me crazy for a solution like this. surprised it wasnt easier to find when i googled it.
