KbdMgr.exe and Input Remapper! :(

Hay guys i have recently installed Input Remapper as MBP was overheating when playing games on Steam, it now works fine and fans work perfect i even hear them getting faster n slower excreta, problem is when in windows every so often computer freezes for like 5 seconds cant even move the mouse, i figured it out to be KdbMgr.exe as ive gone into Ctrl, Alt +Delete (forgot what its called) and Ended the KdbMgr.exe from there and then everything works perfect except of course for the top line keys on MBP, is this a common problem if not any ideas of what to do?
