Problems connecting to windows networked printer

Hi,
I just bought my first macbook. It is part of my home windows network, to which I have a Konica Minolta PagePro 1400W printer hooked-up. I am not able to connect and print to this printer, since I do have the right drivers.

Can anybody advise on how to solve this problem?
