I just wanted to wish a early merry Christmas to all of you! I hope you all have a great break from work or school and don't drive like idiots! (that seems to be the holiday trend)

Agreed on traffic - but by the volumes I see on the road there seems to be a lot of people spending a lot of money - most though have been very nice!

Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah, happy Kwanzaa, happy winter solstice, and happy whatever they call it that the Humanists celebrate.

Man you guys are fast - Christmas already!! I remember flying back from NZ and celebrating birthdays all the way back for 2 days.

Sometimes I forget how many different regions of the world this forum represent. Anybody remember the Olympics in Sydney? Some of the events were on VERY early in the morning here in the states.

Kiwis. Always first in the world to see a new day (actually, it's Tonga, but NZ goes forward an hour for 7 months, Tonga doesn't).

As I type, it's close on midday here, there've been Christmas services up and down the country. It's traditionally a quiet day, almost no commercial activity, people in festive and generous mood, as much as circumstances allow. It's cool, cloudy and vaguely damp where I am, ideal for those who prefer their Christmas inside.

From way down here, Merry Christmas to all the community of Mac-Forums.
