I have used the ELGATO HYBRID for customers and it was nice just wodering
if there was better and a dedicated atsc tuner without the analog side of it
since FEB. will be the cutoff date for analog.

My understanding is the El Gato Hybrid works for both Analog and Digital TV.

I guess I worded it wrong I was looking for a digital tuner only no analog
since that would presumably be smaller and cheaper.

The reason most device manufacturers include analog is because you can also use the analog part for analog cable or to digitalize analog videos.

But re your question: I know you can get pretty tiny digital-only receivers for DVB-T, but I haven't seen any for ATSC yet.
