.Trash on flash drive

Not a huge problem but when I transfer files from my work PC to my Mac @ home everything is fine. However when I bring it back to work over half the space is taken by the drive's .trash folder. Is there any way to set Panther to remove these artifacts left on the flash drive?

Like I said it's no big deal since I just delete the folder when on a PC, just wondering if there was a fix as described above.

Thanks.

Well for example, OS X will not show that folder (blank drive) since the format is "trash". However whilst in Xp it'll show and awknowledge the folder. I mean like I said, it's no big deal since I just delete it in Explorer.
