So, I only partitioned 10 GB to be used for Windows, because I only needed Windows for one engineering program - and I could've operated on less than 10 GB.

I wanted to leave most of the memory on my Mac OS side, because that's what I use most.

So anyways, I am currently sitting on my Mac that now runs Vista... and the Windows installation took up 10.5 GB of 10.8 GB, so that leaves me with only 300 MB to work with.

Any idea how to change this?

Or should I just delete a bunch of programs?

You need to non-destructively increase your Windows partition to a larger size.

Currently Paragon Software has a preview version of "Camp Tune" available as a free download. Camp Tune can increase or decrease your Boot Camp partition without destroying data or the Windows boot sector. Give it a try:
