IGN: DSi: Just the Facts (And a Little Speculation)

There's an article about it. Do you think it's worth waiting to get one or just stick with a standard DS Lite?

Also does anyone know any hard info on the Wii HD rumour going around?

DSi vs DS Lite Specs

That link has a nice comparasion of the specs of the DSi and the DS Lite. The DSi though has:
more memory in it though supposedly
2 cameras
SD card slot
but no GBA slot.
