Hard Drive with good Support

All,

I made the mistake of purchase a LaCie HD and forgot how horrible their support was, so I'm returning it.

Can anyone suggest a company with good support for an external HD?

Western Dig, or Seagate I've had good luck with, is their service still good?

My personal choice is Western Digital. They provide excellent support and will quickly replace a defective drive which is still under warranty.

I'd lean toward Seagate. I've always been pleased with their support and their warranty is the longest in the industry (5 years).
