If I have one of these new wi-fi SD cards in my camera, can I download the pictures directly to my iPod Touch over the wi-fi network?? Thanks

Nope! Not as far as I know anyway...

The iPod touch can only import images from iPhoto or a folder on your Mac/PC.

The wifi SD cards are usually configured to upload your images directly to a computer or a specific photo-sharing website.

One workaround would be to upload your images to something like Flickr.com and then use MobileSafari on your iPod touch to save the images to your Photo library from there (tap+hold an image in safari to save it).

Yes that is what I was thinking about...Thanks for the answer. I have a game-camera in the bush, and thought there might be a way to get the images off the card with my Touch.
