Memory advise

Hi there, just need a little advise, about my memory.
Atm i have what the pictures shows below.
I strongly believe its time for me to upgrade to something
better. Can i upgrade it on an Imac(white) 24 inch ? And
if yes will i have to remove these ones and replace them
with 1024MB Memory x 2 ?

you can replace one or both to get more ram.
