Lexicon Lambda + Garage Band

I recently purchased a Macbook and am trying to use my Lexicon Lambda as an interface to record guitar on to Garageband but I cannot seem to get it to work.

I have tryed using the cd that came with it but this offered no help?

Can anyone help me??

First things first. When you play music in, say, iTunes, does it play through the lexicon? If not, go to system prefrences, sound, output and select the soundcard.

You may need to manually select the card under garageband's prefrences. I did not have to install any drivers for mine.
