Need help with running mac with bootcamp

I installed bootcamp on my macbook and im using windows XP as the other operating system and i can boot fine in windows but when i try to boot in mac all i get is the spinning gear screen with the apple logo when i boot up. if anybody has had this problem and knows how to fix it please help!

As you know, if you hold the Option key down while booting, you get to select either Windows or OS X from the dual-boot that comes up. If selecting OS X doesn't work, you may need to un-install your Windows and Boot Camp to re-enable OS X. Possible you may have to reinstall OS X.

I hope you have a pre-Boot Camp backup...

Don't do it quite yet, though. Someone else may have a better answer for you...
